I'm a natural winemaker. How so? I just follow the path of respect for nature and the land. I don't use herbicides, any systemic chemicals or adjuvants in the vineyard or in the winemaking. The wines ferment spontaneously without noble selected yeasts. I do not clarify or filter the wines, I do not use sulphur or, if necessary, I use a very minimal amount. The wines are thus a purely natural product and reflect the terroir of their origin.
The road to the vineyard is not complicated. From the Lovosice město bus stop, head straight up Lovošská Street on the asphalt road and continue straight ahead on the green until you reach a left turn towards the gardens. Take this and then it is the middle house on your right.
Establishment
I planted my nanovine in 2012 and harvested my first crop three years later. In the winter of 2017 I had it registered and included in the Pod Lovošem vineyard.
