Hotel Rustikal

Daniel Vodák's Rustikal Winery is part of the hotel complex in the historic Na hradbách Street (located 150 m from the main hotel building). It was founded in 2007 out of family tradition and mainly the owner's passion. The gentle processing of reduced harvest technology and controlled fermentation gives the wines their distinctive character and taste. The annual production of the winery is 20,000 bottles, which are made mainly from grapes from its own vineyards in the Podhůří region.
