Smrčka winery

A small family winery that doesn't play games. We are located in the heart of the Znojmo wine subregion in Nový Šaldorf. Our goal is to produce wine in small batches, but with an emphasis on the quality of the grapes and the location of the vineyard. Healthy and ripe grapes are the basis of our work. Technology then essentially carries the wine by the hand on its long journey. We work extensively with oak barrels. We believe that this is the right way to create great and characterful wines. The signature grape for our winery is the Muller Thurgau.
