About the winery

We process grapes exclusively from our vineyards, the quality of which we can influence. We use traditional, long-established methods of vinification and wine training, such as barrel aging of red wines, supplemented by some modern elements - fermentation with selected yeast strains, cooling of the musts during fermentation. We produce small unique batches of wines up to about 2000 bottles.
