We focus on a broader range of white varieties, which we supplement each year with rosé and one or two blue varieties.We are proud of Pálava and Aurelius with their unmistakable aroma. It is also worth mentioning the Riesling, which has a fresh taste and fine acidity thanks to its limestone base. Production takes place in a domestic environment. White wines are made using controlled fermentation and bred yeasts, while red wines are made using open maceration. White wines are aged mainly in stainless steel, red wines in wooden barrels.
