Our winery was born out of its founder's great love for nature, his passion for growing grapes and his respect for Moravian tradition. It began with the gradual planting of young vines. Our viticulture is based on low bush pressure, a gentle approach to nature and a maximum reduction of chemical means. We cultivate 1 hectare of our own vineyards in the cadastral area of Mutěnice, in the area "Pod Dubňansků Horů". We grow mainly varieties that are expected to ripen grapes of high quality with a higher sugar content. A large proportion of the vineyard is made up of Chardonnay, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Moravian Muscat, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Cabernet Moravia and Frankincense.
