A small family winery that farms a little over 9 thousand heads of vineyard, 90 percent of which is in the Šimberky wine route. This track in the Velkopavlovice area is suitable for both white and red classic varieties. We grow Moravian Muscat, Palava, Riesling, Riesling, Walnut, Sauvignon, Sylvan Green and Veltliner. We try to make our wines in the classic way but with the help of modern technology such as the Cross-flow filter.
Establishment
Red wines are left in acacia or oak barrels, older barriques or bottles for a longer period of time, but at least 2 years.These are varieties of Cabernet Moravia, Cabernet Sauvignon, Dornfelder, Frankovka, Blue Portugal, Pinot Noir, St. The annual production is approximately 6 to 10 thousand bottles of quality wine.
