Family winery Seidl

The SEIDL family winery was born out of a long-standing hobby when Filip Seidl MBA and his wife Leontýna decided in 2024 to make these endless traditions official. They are currently cultivating about half a hectare of vineyard and plan to plant more bush varieties. So that everything fits into the whole philosophy, which is simple - small lots, high quality and a maximum of 7 always the same wine varieties, which they have spotted and which belong inherently to the Znojmo sub-region. Such as VELTLÍN and Sauvignon, Muscat of Moravia, Riesling, Zweigeltrebe rosé or St. Lawrence red, as well as the cuvee incarnate.
However, two varieties are still pending, and as soon as the young vines start to produce fresh grapes, Riesling and Hibernian will also be on offer.
The wines are trying to make light fresh wines with spicy acidity in dry or semi-dry versions.
