About winemaker
We are a typical family winery - Pavel Springer with his wife Nadia, father Jaroslav and sons Pavel and Adam. We cultivate 5 ha of our own vineyards. We produce wines only from our own grapes, because the wine is made in the vineyard and the quality of the raw material is the most important thing. Basic characteristics of wine
Veltlín Green is our most widespread variety and is grown on about 14% of the area of our vineyards. It is definitely worth trying Veltlín wine from the Znojmo, Mikulov or Velkopavlovice regions, and in Bohemia from Mělnicko, Roudnice or Most.
