The imperial cellars are part of the Horák family farm, where you can also find crop and livestock production. The farm belonged to Maria Theresa until 1918, which is why the owners chose the name Imperial Cellars - wine for the imperial court was produced here centuries ago. Today it is produced in a more traditional way, which is refreshed and facilitated by modern elements. The emphasis is on the health of the grapes and processing them as gently as possible. The white wines are aged for 8-12 months in stainless steel, while the red wines undergo 12-18 months of micro-oxidation or in barrel. The wines can be tasted in the presentation cellar in Čejč.
