V&M Zborovský Winery "Wines that are a pleasure to taste" V&M Zborovský Winery is a young prospective company, which was founded in 2001 by the transition from domestic small-scale wine production. The company is owned by two brothers, Vladimir (class of 1975), who graduated from high school wine school, and Martin (class of 1979). Although both are young they have a wealth of experience of their own, having participated in vineyard and cellar work from a young age. Currently the company manages 18 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are located in the best vineyard routes of the wine-growing villages of Velké Pavlovice and Bořetice. We strive to grow grapes of very high quality serving as raw material for excellent wines. The company is involved in the system of "integrated production of grapes and wine", organic cultivation of grapes. No chemicals are used to stabilise the wine except for the necessary sulphur. Wine is seen as a distinctive organism with a soul that must be sensitively cared for. The company's philosophy is to produce high quality wines, mostly appellation wines, to take an ecological approach to growing the vines and to satisfy the customer as much as possible with the quality of the wines. Carefully grown grapes and the wines made from them are a joy to taste, they diversify the diet, stimulate the mind, strengthen friendships, give people pleasure and, in small doses, they are medicine. In the future, the plan is to offer a comprehensive service for tourists, seating and refreshments in a traditional, stylish setting, guided tastings, professional seminars and accommodation. The satisfaction of the company will be a satisfied customer who will be happy to return and remember the hospitality and beauty of South Moravia.
