We are a small family winery following the tradition of our father, who started producing wine in 1979. We currently farm about 2ha of vineyards, where we try to take the most gentle approach to both growing and then making wine. Our vineyards are located in the vineyard lines Dunajovický hill and Brodské stráně in the cadastre of the village Brod nad Dyjí, located about 8 km from the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and belonging to the Mikulov wine sub-region.
Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
