A family winery founded on professionalism in 2004 by brothers Richard and Mark Janoušek. Richard is a graduate of the Wine School in Valtice and the Faculty of Horticulture at the MZLU in Lednice. "We produce light and fine wines for everyday pleasure. We don't rush the wines to the market, we let them mature and only offer them to our dear customers when they are bottle-aged and matched. Our credo is that the wine must smell beautiful and distinctive. That's why we grow most of the varieties with expressive aromatic expression in our vineyards, including the Muscat clone of Veltlin green."
Müller Thurgau is our fifth most cultivated white variety (9.46%), so it is produced by almost all wine producers. Müller from Valtice, Mikulov, Znojmo, Mělnicko or Žernoseky is definitely worth a try. Müller Thurgau is best drunk as a young wine under two to three years of age. This, together with its early maturation, is one of the reasons why it is one of the main varieties of St. Martin's wines.
