Our family-run organic winery is based on family traditions and a natural approach to growing grapes. The vineyards around Nosislav are interspersed with orchards, inviting you to stroll through the peaceful undulating landscape on the slopes of Výhon, at the top of which is the Acacia Tower. In the wine yard you can not only buy wine and other products such as grape jelly, grape must, pumpkin kernels all year round, but in season, in September and October, we also offer the best bourbon in the region. When sitting in the courtyard or cellar, there are also local specialties.
Pálava was cultivated by Ing. Josef Veverka by crossing the varieties Gewürztraminer and Müller Thurgau. Probably the best results are achieved mainly in the Mikulov subregion, in the vicinity of the municipalities of Perná, Pavlov or Bulhary, then in Lechovice, Popice or Čejkovice. Pálava is often automatically perceived as a sweet wine, i.e. with a higher residual sugar but this is not always the rule. In the dry version we discover the charm and beauty of this variety.
