A traditional South Moravian welcome and presentation of the winery awaits you in our cellar. Then we will invite you to taste Moravian wines in the cellar, which is 25m long, where we will offer you varietal wine of the country, as well as wines of the appellation and archive. All this with expert interpretation. You will be introduced to individual samples, wine regions and also learn about their cultivation and production. The unique atmosphere is enhanced by wooden wine barrels and for luck you can stick a coin on the vault of the cellar. On request, we can arrange various types of music.
It is said that Pinot Noir came to us in the 14th century during the reign of Charles IV. However, the authenticity of this information has never been proven. In our country, it is grown in all wine-growing subregions, the most widespread is in the Velkopavlovice and Mikulov regions. Pinot Noir from the vicinity of Mělník, Litoměřice, in Moravia from the Bzenecko and Mutěnice regions are excellent.
