About winemaker

Polivka Winery is a young promising winery that uses modern technology and puts great emphasis on new knowledge in the field of oenology, but also does not forget the experience and knowledge of our ancestors. We manage our own vineyards, but also leased vineyards. In the coming years, we will be planting more. We take a gentle approach to grape processing and make wine for our customers. In our portfolio you will find classic quality wines, late harvests, but above all we focus on Barrique and Sur-lie wines.
