About winemaker
We are engaged in the production of wine using modern technology and controlled fermentation with an emphasis on processing only quality, healthy and well-aged raw materials. An interesting addition is the sale of top Slovenian wines from Vipava 1894. Apart from tastings, we offer accommodation, cellar rental, corporate events, etc.
Basic characteristics of wine
Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
