The varieties Veltliner Green, Rhine Riesling, Gewürtztraminer and Pinot Noir were selected by local winemakers for the VOC Hustopečsko with regard to the history and typical composition of the varieties grown in Hustopeče, Křepice, Kurdějov, Nikolčice, Popice, Starovice, Starovičky, Strachotín, Šakvice and Velké Němčice. In addition to pure varietal wines, you can also taste VOC wines in the form of rosés, clarets or cuvées.
