Since 2015, the VOC Valtice (Wines or Original Certification) has been attached to the selected wines of the two most typical varieties of Valtice, Green Sylvaner and Rhine Riesling, as well as coupages of both varieties. Grapes for wine production come only from approved vineyards located in the area of Valtice and Úval, where Green Sylvaner and Rhine Riesling have been cultivated for many centuries. The composition of the soil gives these wines a varietal character that creates interesting compositions as they mature.
