The family winery specializes in the production of wines for gastronomic establishments and wine bars. The production is located in the former farmhouse right next to the vineyards and has undergone a major reconstruction in recent years. On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the winery launched its first sparkling wine, produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method. With the arrival of a new family generation at the winery, not only the signature wines have changed, but also the winery's logo. The archive cellar, where groups of up to 15 guests can book a tasting, can be found in the beautiful location of the Stráž wine cellars.

The MiToMa Vrbice Winery, s.r.o. is a family business, where besides Mr. and Mrs. Mikulic, both sons, Tomáš and David, work. Antonín Mikulica founded the winery in 1991, partly on the basis of vineyards returned in restitution, partly leased and partly newly planted. The fact that quality wine is "made" in the vineyard is known to every experienced winemaker, and so here too, the same care is given to the vineyards all year round as to the processing of their fruit in autumn. The rich varietal composition ensures the offer of a wide range of wines made from quality grapes and independence in purchasing them.
The Pinot Blanc PS 2016 won a gold medal at the 2018 Salon des Vins de la République. The Sauvignon PS 2020 and the Pinot Gris PS 2020 won a gold medal at the Vinex 2021 Grand Prix. The Frankovka rosé VOC 2020 was awarded a gold medal at the National Wine Competition of the Velkopavlov Subregion.
An interesting feature of the 2015 vintage is the grower's sparkling wine made using the traditional method (fermentation in the bottle) from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties. Frizzante, Muscat of Moravia and Frankovka rosé are also very popular.
