Our philosophy is to understand and adapt to the place where the wine is made, which is the vineyard. Each wine is carefully and individually approached based on the characteristics of the grapes from which it is made. The main production strategy is to maximize the extraction of positive substances from the grapes, long contact with fermentation lees and traditional production in acacia and oak wooden barrels made by Moravian coopers. This creates a unique combination of the three most important elements in the production of wines with high quality and long-term ageing potential.
