The Ševela family winery is located in the wine-growing village of Brumovice, which is part of the Velkopavlovice sub-region. It manages 2.5 ha of vineyards. The entire harvest is processed in the cellar and thanks to the favourable climatic conditions, it is not necessary to sweeten white wines and red wines minimally. We grow the varieties Müler Thurgau, Riesling, Riesling, Walnut, Sauvignon, Red Traminer, Veltliner Green and, of the red varieties, Svatovavrinecké, Pinot Noir and Frankovka. We are involved in integrated production - i.e. the gentle cultivation of vineyards.
Establishment
In 1992 the wine cellar began to be reconstructed. The cellar has four vaulted rooms, the first part dates back to 1950, after 30 years my father and his brother extended the cellar by another part. I continued this tradition and in 2005 I extended the cellar by another part and in 2011 I built the largest part as a tasting room. In 2017, we dug the last part and that was the archive.
