The Ševela family winery is located in the wine-growing village of Brumovice, which is part of the Velkopavlovice sub-region. It manages 2.5 ha of vineyards. The entire harvest is processed in the cellar and thanks to the favourable climatic conditions, it is not necessary to sweeten white wines and red wines minimally. We grow the varieties Müler Thurgau, Riesling, Riesling, Walnut, Sauvignon, Red Traminer, Veltliner Green and, of the red varieties, Svatovavrinecké, Pinot Noir and Frankovka. We are involved in integrated production - i.e. the gentle cultivation of vineyards.
Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
