The winery is situated in the heart of the Slovak Podluží region - Dolní Bojanovice. The wines are made under the hands of cellar master Jiří Uherk, who graduated from Mendel University in viticulture and winemaking. By combining traditional production methods with modern technologies, we transfer the character of the vineyard, vintage and variety into the wine. We create varietal wines and cuvées 4+1 Element. The goal is to maximize the potential from the vineyard and create wines with distinct varietal character and full body for long archiving. The wines are primarily intended for haute cuisine, private clientele and fine wine shops.
Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
