We are a small winery from the Velkopavlovice subregion farming on loess - sandy and gravel - sandy tracks. This corresponds to the relatively diverse variety of our wines. Most of the vineyards are in the relatively older age range of 40 - 84 years. The range of wines we are trying to work on can currently be divided into thirds. The first are sparkling wines, both wines of the Pétillant - naturel type, the so-called Pet nat (unsulphurised naturally sparkling wines brought in the bottle) and wines prepared using the classic 'champagne' method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is said that Pinot Noir came to us in the 14th century during the reign of Charles IV. However, the authenticity of this information has never been proven. In our country, it is grown in all wine-growing subregions, the most widespread is in the Velkopavlovice and Mikulov regions. Pinot Noir from the vicinity of Mělník, Litoměřice, in Moravia from the Bzenecko and Mutěnice regions are excellent.
