We are a small winery from the Velkopavlovice subregion farming on loess - sandy and gravel - sandy tracks. This corresponds to the relatively diverse variety of our wines. Most of the vineyards are in the relatively older age range of 40 - 84 years. The range of wines we are trying to work on can currently be divided into thirds. The first are sparkling wines, both wines of the Pétillant - naturel type, the so-called Pet nat (unsulphurised naturally sparkling wines brought in the bottle) and wines prepared using the classic 'champagne' method of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
