The winery continues the family tradition since the 1950s. The philosophy of the small winery is to produce the best possible quality varietal wines from the Znojmo wine sub-region in small batches of around 3,000 bottles. The total annual production is about 50 000 bottles. The winery offers a wide range of tastings, especially in the tasting cellar in Nové Šaldorf, as well as experiential gastronomy and combining wine with good food. Our wines can be found in fine establishments ranging from small bistros to Michelin-starred restaurants.
Sauvignon belongs among the most popular three white wines together with the Chardonnay and Riesling varieties. It is assumed that it comes from the French region of Bordeaux or from the Loire region. The most typical Sauvignons can be found in the Znojmo or Mikulov region.
