About winemaker

The winery is young, so it follows the most modern production methods, without forgetting the tradition of production. The philosophy is to combine modern elements with traditional practices. Emphasis is placed above all on the health of the grapes and the gentle processing and treatment of the grapes and the mash. We focus on the typical varieties of Znojmo (Riesling, Sauvignon blanc and Veltliner).
