About the winery
The winery is young, so it follows the most modern production methods, without forgetting the tradition of production. The philosophy is to combine modern elements with traditional practices. Emphasis is placed above all on the health of the grapes and the gentle processing and treatment of the grapes and the mash. We focus on the typical varieties of Znojmo (Riesling, Sauvignon blanc and Veltliner).
If you go from Znojmo to Hata (border crossing), turn right in the village of Chvalovice in the direction of Šatov. Go through the village and after 1.5 km there is a right turn. After 200-300 metres you will find yourself at a cellar crossroads where you turn left towards WALDBERG. After 100 metres, the SIMENON winery is signposted - DESTINATION. :-)

We are regular participants in regional shows, where we regularly achieve high placements. E.g. in 2014 CHAMPION SHOWS IN SHOTOVA with PÁLAVA 2013. The goal is to pass international exhibitions.
