The training 'How to make a successful wine using modern knowledge and technology or How to make a normal good wine' is intended for the professional wine public, especially wine producers who want to gain a broader horizon and orientation in the production of quality wines using modern oenological knowledge and procedures. You will learn directly from a prominent domestic oenologist whose wines have repeatedly won top wine titles how to produce wines that score points with consumers as well as at domestic and international competitions.
Lectures will cover the full cross-section of wine production, from harvest preparation to grape processing, finishing and wine training to bottling. The theory will be complemented by demonstrations - tasting of selected wines.

Participants will be able to gain a greater insight into modern oenological practices and preparations for must and wine, which they will benefit from in the production of wine in the upcoming campaign. The training is also very beneficial for small wine producers or beginners who need to acquire basic knowledge of modern winemaking practices.
The course fee includes a lecture by the lecturer, wine samples tasted and refreshments.
