Preliminary schedule of the programme:
Saturday 16 March 2024
Wine tasting: 11:00 - 14:00 in the main hall of Hotel Pavlov
discovery of unlabelled wine samples: 14:00 - 17:00 on a marked route in the cellar alleys of Pavlov
and in case of good weather also at the Girls' Castle!
Wine party: 20:00 - 24:00 in the main hall of Hotel Pavlov with a buffet and band

Spring Wine Trail Rules:
- Receive an OIV tasting glass, pen and t-shirt as a gift when you register!
- First, you will have the opportunity to taste the competition wines (8 wineries with 3 samples each) in the main hall of Hotel Pavlov. Not only good wine will be prepared, but also a selection of cheeses and lids as tasting bites.
- The morning will include a poll competition for the Champion of the Spring Wine Trail, where you will choose the best wine from all 24 samples!
- Afterwards, you will receive a tasting ticket with a map and you can set off on a signposted route that will take you through the cellar alleys of Pavlov, weather permitting, there will also be a climb up to Dívčí castle.
- On this route of up to 5 km you will come across 8 stations (including 6 cellars) where you can taste wine samples. Your task will be to record the correct tip on the wine variety in the tasting card.
- At the last station you will hand in your completed tasting ticket to the organisers and then you can look forward to a gala evening with a buffet and band.

Over a glass of good wine we will tell you the results, the best tasters will be presented with interesting prizes and we can dance or sing with the band!
