About the winery
At the foot of the Chřibý Mountains, on the edge of the picturesque village of Skalka, you will find the Skalák Wine Cellars, whose history dates back to the 1970s. This magical place on the edge of Moravian Tuscany offers exceptional facilities for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and holiday stays. The surrounding area is suitable for both road and mountain biking, hiking, visiting castles and chateaus. The most frequent destinations of tourists are various rock formations or castles in Chřiby. The demanding ones can choose the highest point of Chřiby Brdo (587m above sea level) with a stone lookout tower as a destination.
On the way from Kyjov towards Uherské Hradiště, turn left in the village of Ježov. After crossing the horizon you will see the area of the Skalák Wine Cellars with the surroundings of a young vineyard.

The winery was established in 2003 and from the original cooperative grape processing enterprise, the owners have created a beautiful setting with a unique genius loci and unique architecture similar to some French chateaus.
